How do I start a class action lawsuit against the makers of Modern warfare 2 for selling an unfinished game PC?

I think I have a good case for a class action lawsuit.
this will under the “state of the art” breach of contract.

Features were falsely advertised as they were part of the previous game.
People were expecting basic PC multiplayer features and they were NOT delivered.

Does anyone know a good lawyer?
