How do I join the class action lawsuit against Microsoft for knowing about the ring of death?

Our X-Box 360 Platinum died only nine months after purchasing it and it cost us a pretty penny too.
I called Microsoft and they said it would cost us $100 to fix but if they sold us faulty game system I don’t think we should have to pay a dime.
If anyone knows about this class action lawsuit in California against Microsoft I’d like to find out more about it.
